CommUnityCare hotline for COVID-19 Information: (512) 978-8775

This number is for uninsured Travis County residents – and established CommUnityCare patients – with COVID-19 symptoms. To minimize spread of the virus, please call 512-978-8775 rather than going directly to a clinic, urgent care or emergency department. Hours of operation for this line will be Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.” ***Non-Citizens/Non-Permanent Residents*** For non-citizens and non-permanent residents, COVID-19-related testing, treatment or preventive care is not included in the new public charge test.
