When: Wednesday, 2/12/2020, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. (Starts Sharply at 11 a.m. – so, please plan to arrive a few minutes earlier to grab your free lunch and find your seat)
- 11 – 11:10 a.m.: Introduction
- 11:10 – 11:45 a.m.: Short overview of services from each vendor
- 11:45 – 1 p.m.: Vendor breakout sessions
Where: Oracle Campus, 2300 Cloud Way, Austin, TX 78741 (off S Lakeshore Blvd), Rooms W1079 and W1081.

- Deliver opening 5 minute presentation (2-3 slides)
- Bring handout materials to the meeting
- Be prepared to answer common questions and identify what is needed to pursue
