The 2021 One Voice Salary & Benefits Report is now available. This comparative salary report was created using survey responses provided by 84 One Voice members. These members are all 501(c)(3) nonprofits who provide health and human services in the Austin area.
The survey was completed by members from June through August 2021. The report was made available in October 2021. The results of this survey will not be reported using individual organization data, only aggregate data is reported. This report was overseen by the One Voice Standards of Excellence Committee and approved for release by the Executive Committee.

Pricing
- Active One Voice Members who completed the survey have received their copy of the report via email.
- Active One Voice Members who did not complete the survey can purchase the report for $50.
- This includes The Nonprofit Council Members.
- Non-members may purchase for a sliding scale fee based on agency budget.
