Expanding Resiliency and Emotional Intelligence In Times of Change

September 25, 2020 @ 9:00 am - 10:30 am

What ACTUALLY creates resiliency? How and why do resilient teams navigate uncertainty better than less resilient teams? How can you, as a leader, improve the individual and group resiliency of your team members?

In this two-part series, Meg Poag of Mission Squared will provide context and research-based principles in resiliency and emotional intelligence, teach specific strategies to improve resiliency and emotional intelligence, and offer proven tools to improve emotional intelligence!

Additionally, these sessions will help executives understand the brain science behind stress and decision-making. Our #1 job is to make good decisions — learn the psychology behind emotional, fear-driven influences on our decision-making and learn proven strategies to dramatically reduce the influence of stress, fear and uncertainty on your decisions as you navigate your organizations through unchartered territory.

Participants will leave the workshops with clarity and confidence in improving their own resiliency and a plan to effectively improve the resiliency of themselves and their teams.

Part 1: September 25 from 9-10:30 a.m.

Part 2: October 2 from 9-10:30 a.m.
