The economic strength of Austin and health of its citizens depends on an effective, accountable and proactive nonprofit sector. The Standards of Excellence Committee is committed to advancing public confidence and support for the nonprofit sector by exemplifying ethical practices, accountability and the highest standards of quality service. The Standards of Excellence Committee plans trainings, presentations and panel discussions on issues relevant to nonprofits, and organizes a peer-to-peer mentorship program for executive directors.
