Who We Are
One Voice Central Texas (OVCT) is a coalition of the leadership of over eighty health and human service nonprofit organizations working to ensure everyone can contribute to our community and thrive. We represent the integrated network of human services that connects everyone of all ages and circumstances to social resources, opportunities, and support so that each person can reach their highest potential.
Our members work every day with individuals and families to navigate accessible pathways to healthcare, stable housing, meet their basic needs, create a sense of purpose, have the tools necessary to achieve their goals, and support their fellow community members. OVCT is committed to ensuring our members have the resources and opportunities they need to be successful, including access to research on effective practices and peer networking for nonprofit leaders.
Our Positioning Statement
One Voice Central Texas (OVCT) provides support for Executive Directors and other social services sector professionals as valued community leaders. OVCT is a membership organization that brings leaders together and leverages its collective power to advocate for equitable policies and funding opportunities that improve community services and resources. Our coalition connects diverse groups of leaders and provides them with professional, emotional, and mentoring peer support to develop and strengthen the nonprofit sector in our region.
