At the One Voice Central Texas membership meeting on April 21st, One Voice members approved One Voice’s 2016-2018 strategic plan. The plan was developed through a strategic planning process led by Delta & Associates that included member surveys, focus groups, interviews, a full-day member retreat, and committee work. To download the full strategic plan click here.
